How to Get Started
Step 1: Contact Us
Start with a quick email, call, or message through our [Pet Portal]. We’ll respond promptly to schedule a free 15-minute consultation or answer any initial questions.
Step 2: Schedule a Meet & Greet or Assessment
We require an initial meet-up for all new training, walking, or in-home care clients. This helps us learn about your pet, your goals, and the best way we can support you both.
- Training Clients: Includes a full behavioral intake (30–60 min)
- Dog Walking Clients: Includes route planning, temperament review, and key exchange if needed
- Pet Sitting Clients: Includes home visit, care routine discussion, and introductions
Step 3: Complete Your Pet Profile
Once you’re booked, we’ll invite you to complete your pet’s profile via our secure online Pet Portal. This keeps records organized and helps us deliver personalized care.
